How do start up or existing businesses find the most suitable grant and/or funding for their business needs?
In a recent study by the Lower Wensleydale Business Network (LWBN) Research Team it became obvious that small businesses looking for funding are faced with numerous options. Some of the options are not suitable for their needs and may be costly, have financial implications or simply may not be the best choice and that in addition to the hours needed to research each offering.

To simplify the process of obtaining the most suitable grand and/or funding, the LWBN has agreed with the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) that they will respond to requests for assistance from the LWBN.
The LEP has assured us that they have the necessary resources to support LWBN Members and that the service is free of charge.
Members looking for grants and/or funding should contact the LWBN Admin Office, who will arrange a meeting between a LEP specialist and the LWBN Member.
